Yes, tickets to Mandoria can be purchased in advance. It is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Tickets can be purchased on our website and at the Mandoria ticket office.

A one-day open ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Yes, at Mandoria we honor the Large Family Card. The currently valid discount is PLN 10 for each ticket purchased. The condition for obtaining a discount is to present a valid Big Family Card at the ticket office.

For guests who visit us as an organized group (at least 15 people), we have a special offer prepared. To find out about its details, please contact us by phone (+48 798 794 293).

The purchased ticket entitles you to enter the gates of the City of Adventure and use the attractions available in it many times. If you want to spin the carousel for the tenth time or take a roller-coaster ride – here you go!

There are, however, a few places in Mandoria where you have to reckon with an additional fee. This is called a zone of thematic arcade games, where prizes await the best, as well as a shooting range and steerable boats in the Bay of Piskorz.

Yes, guests wishing to visit Mandoria several times a year can purchase the Annual Card to the City of Adventure at Mandoria’s cash desk. It entitles you to any number of visits to the Park and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase – with the exception of 10 days throughout the year (January 1, January 6, Easter Monday, May 1, May 2, May 3, June 1, Corpus Christi , December 6, December 26).

We issue the Annual Card with a specific name and surname, it also contains a photo of the holder (the photo will be taken in the Park, when purchasing the Card).

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please consider shopping carefully.

Yes, pregnant women can buy a ticket at a reduced price: PLN 89.

Amenities

In the City of Adventure, three restaurants, a tavern, a cafe and an ice cream parlor await guests, where you can try local Mandorian delicacies and drinks – which we strongly encourage you to do. It is not forbidden to bring your own snacks in Mandoria.

Yes, in the City of Adventure, guests can use lockers for personal belongings. The fee for using the locker is PLN 5.

Mandoria City of Adventures is a disabled-friendly destination. Many of our attractions can also be used by wheelchair users. Our staff is trained to assist people with disabilities. If you have any concerns, please contact Park staff. People with a disability certificate can purchase a ticket at a reduced price: check price list. We also encourage you to read the Guide for Persons with Disabilities, which includes all information about the accessibility of the attractions – it is available at the Mandoria Embassy and HERE.

Yes, at the disposal of parents and guardians of our youngest guests we provide comfortable rooms for a parent with a child. They are equipped with a changing table and a comfortable feeding chair.

Mandorians love pets, but for safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the Park.

The attractions of the City of Adventure are waiting for all guests, even for children less than 90 cm tall. At each attraction, there is detailed information about how tall the child must be to be able to use it and whether he can do it on his own or whether adult supervision will be required. As the safety of our guests is our top priority, we measure height before entering the attractions. Please bear with us if your child lacks a few necessary centimeters.

Yes, filming and taking photos in Mandoria is recommended! In order to record materials during trips to attractions, it is necessary to have special harnesses / holders that allow for safe mounting of the phone / camera / camera – so that they do not pose a threat to guests and employees of the park.

At the Mandoria building there is a paid parking lot with spaces for the disabled. When entering the parking area, an automatic reading of the license plate takes place, and the driver is required to confirm that the data is correct. The fee for all-day parking is PLN 15 (the first 15 minutes are free). Payment for parking can be made at the Embassy (checkout area at the entrance), at a kiosk in the parking area or at the exit barrier (only contactless form of payment by card after correct reading of the license plate).
